Natalie Williams Awodeha
Data Analyst & Program Evaluation Consultant
Originally from Oklahoma City, Dr. Williams Awodeha holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Oklahoma, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University, and Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Dr. Williams Awodeha is a faculty member at California State University Los Angeles and Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in Compton. Research interests include adverse workplace experiences and workplace-induced trauma, barriers to retention in behavioral health service delivery, and peer-to-peer support groups for women of color with mental health concerns. Dr. Williams Awodeha has served as Volunteer Data Analyst and Board Member for Give a Beat since 2023, and she often volunteers with other nonprofit organizations across Southern California.
